Job Description
We are seeking a?high-performing Business Development Associate (BDA)?with proven?international sales experience?in the?UK General Insurance sector. The role is commercially focused and combines?sales acquisition, customer retention, renewals management, upselling, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, process-driven, compliance-aware, and capable of handling regulated insurance conversations while operating in an international sales environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & New Business Acquisition Proactively generate new business leads and convert prospects into policyholders Conduct outbound and inbound sales activity targeting UK customers Deliver structured sales conversations aligned with UK regulatory standards Achieve individual and team revenue targets Retention & Renewals Manage customer retention journeys to minimise churn Handle renewals proactively through structured engagement strategies Identify attrition risks and apply targeted retention techniques Improve customer lifetime value (CLV) Upselling & Cross-selling Identify upsell opportunities across insurance products and add-ons Drive product penetration across the existing customer base Maximise policy value through compliant product recommendations Customer Relationship Management Build long-term customer relationships Maintain accurate CRM records Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and traceability Follow structured sales pipelines and workflows Compliance & Quality Operate within?UK General Insurance regulatory frameworks Adhere to FCA-aligned conduct standards Maintain call quality, documentation, and audit readiness Follow internal governance and compliance processes

The role will drive migration from legacy appliances and databases to Snowflake, while ensuring scalable, secure, performant and cost-effective data solutions. Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities The Snowflake Architect will provide end-to-end technical leadership for Snowflake implementations, modernization and migration programs. The role requires strong understanding of legacy data platforms, migration strategies, data modelling, ETL/ELT, performance optimization and cloud architecture. The candidate should be able to assess existing platforms, define migration strategy and target architecture, lead technical implementation, address data and application dependencies, and ensure successful migration with minimal business disruption.
