We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Finance Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing enterprise financial systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance business operations and our IT infrastructure, ensuring our ERP financial modules align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities System Administration & Support: Manage daily operations, configuration, and troubleshooting for core ERP finance modules—including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Cost Accounting. Process Optimization: Evaluate existing financial workflows and recommend automated or streamlined processes within the ERP to increase efficiency and accuracy. System Implementations & Enhancements: Lead or support ERP upgrades, module deployments, and integration projects alongside cross-functional IT and business teams. Reporting & Data Analytics: Design, build, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and system queries (e.g., balance sheets, P&L, aging reports) to support executive decision-making. Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test scripts, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate end-to-end financial workflows prior to system changes or go-lives. User Support & Training: Provide tier-2/3 technical support to global finance teams, create functional documentation, and conduct user training sessions. Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure system controls, user permissions, and transaction workflows adhere to SOX compliance, local tax regulations, and internal audit guidelines. Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of direct experience implementing, configuring, or supporting financial modules in a major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Workday). Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of core accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS), monthly/year-end closing processes, and financial reporting structure. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Experience writing SQL queries, utilizing reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or working with financial reporting software. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical requirements.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Embedded Software Engineer who can independently design, implement, and debug firmware for real-time embedded systems built on FreeRTOS . You will own features end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and help improve the reliability of our embedded software stack. Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement firmware modules and drivers for microcontroller-based products Develop and maintain FreeRTOS -based applications: tasks, queues, semaphores, timers, and memory management Lead root-cause debugging of complex firmware issues across hardware and software boundaries Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and memory footprint Define and execute unit, integration, and system-level test plans Review code from junior engineers and provide technical mentorship Collaborate with hardware and QA teams during board bring-up and product validation Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–5 years of professional embedded software development experience Strong debugging skills: JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers , and systematic root-cause analysis Practical, hands-on experience with FreeRTOS (task design, synchronization primitives, scheduling, memory management) Strong C/C++ skills with solid understanding of memory management, concurrency, and real-time constraints Experience with common communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) Comfortable working with datasheets, schematics, and low-level register access Experience with Git-based workflows and CI-friendly build systems
Strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem: C#, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, REST APIs Modern architecture principles (DDD, Clean Architecture, Microservices) SQL knowledge Cloud & DevOps: Azure (Functions, App Services, Key Vault, SQL/Cosmos) Strong knowledge of version control systems like GitHub. CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) Containerization (Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus) AI Skills & Work Style Used to using AI tools to improve productivity. Knowledge of Generative & Agentic AI tools.
