JOB SUMMARY : Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers (Generally parents of Class 1-12 students) Willingness to work from our Offices at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. Introduce products or services, explain their features, and highlight their benefits to students and parents. Follow scripts provided by the company and adapt them as needed to engage with customers effectively. Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
