We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager cum BDE to oversee day-to-day business operations while driving business development and revenue growth. Experience in sales and business development in similar organisation is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. SOFTWARE TESTING INTERN
TrivandrumWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in testing Web and Windows applications. This internship is ideal for candidates with basic exposure to software testing concepts and automation tools such as Selenium and introductory knowledge of Winium. As a Software Testing Intern, you will support the QA team in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products prior to release. Key Responsibilities: Assist in manual and automated testing of web and desktop applications. Support the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test plans. Learn and apply Selenium for web application automation and Winium for Windows application testing. Identify, document, and help track bugs and performance issues. ANGULAR DEVELOPER

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a good understanding of REST APIs and modern frontend development practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular. Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance user interfaces. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement application features. Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Optimise application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest Angular features and frontend technologies. Qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Angular development. Strong knowledge of Angular (v12 or above preferred). Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. CLAIMS HANDLER - PROPERTY REINSURANCE
TrivandrumThe Claims Handler will be responsible for managing and assessing property reinsurance claims, ensuring timely investigation, evaluation, and settlement in accordance with policy terms and treaty structures. The role requires coordination with cedants, brokers, loss adjusters, and reinsurers to ensure efficient claim handling and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities • Manage and process property reinsurance claims from notification through settlement. • Review treaty wordings, coverage terms, and policy conditions relevant to claims. • Coordinate with cedants, brokers, and reinsurers during claim evaluation and settlement. • Liaise with appointed loss adjusters and technical experts during claim investigations. • Assess claim documentation including loss reports, adjuster reports, and supporting evidence. • Prepare claim summaries and recommendations for management and underwriting teams. • Monitor claim developments, reserves, and settlement timelines. • Maintain accurate claims records and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards. Required Qualifications • Degree in Insurance, Engineering, Risk Management, Business, or related discipline. • Professional qualifications in insurance or loss adjusting will be an advantage. Experience Requirements • 3-5 years of experience handling insurance or reinsurance claims. • Experience with property insurance or property reinsurance claims is strongly preferred. • Exposure to large commercial or catastrophe-related claims will be beneficial.
