Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Modern Work & Collaboration Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and Copilot solutions. The role involves helping organizations transform their digital workplace using modern communication, collaboration, and AI driven productivity tools. Key Responsibilities Implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across enterprise environments. Administer and optimize Exchange Online including migrations and mail flow. Manage Microsoft Teams collaboration, meetings, telephony, and governance. Design SharePoint Online architecture including sites, hubs, and permissions. Configure and manage OneDrive for Business deployment and governance. Support Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement and adoption strategies. Conduct workshops and training programs for end users. Troubleshoot technical issues across Microsoft collaboration workloads. Required Technical Skills Exchange Online administration and migration Microsoft Teams collaboration and governance SharePoint Online architecture and content services OneDrive for Business deployment and governance Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and user readiness
