We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the software industry, with a proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various outbound and inbound channels. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of prospects for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target segments Generate leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other digital tools Qualify prospects through discovery calls and prepare lead profiles for the sales team Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead information Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and strategies Track and report lead generation metrics and optimize processes based on performance Stay up-to-date with industry trends, target customer personas, and competitive landscape.
Location: Kochi Experience: - 8-10 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, with a strong understanding of AE and PQC identification and reporting - Proven leadership experience in managing projects and developing high-performing teams - Hands on experience working on global PV projects and offshore delivery model - Familiarity with PV databases and system (ARGUS) Education/Qualification: - HCPs (M Pharma/MBBS/BDS..) are preferred Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the offshore project team to ensure high-quality support for global PV projects - Manage the identification and documentation of Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) as per the client SOPs and guidelines - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PV activities with other business functions. - Develop and implement PV processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities - Stay updated with the latest PV regulations and industry best practices
Location: Trivandrum / Kerala Salary: ?16,000 per month Field TA: ?250 per field-training visit We are looking for a serious, responsible and long-term-oriented candidate to join our team. Job Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: Conducting live software training for customers at their locations Supporting software sales and customer demonstrations Hardware installation and configuration at customer sites Handling hardware sales and quotations Supplier coordination and supplier management Negotiating and fixing purchase prices Maintaining proper hardware stock and inventory Coordinating customer requirements, deliveries and installations Providing basic after-sales support and customer coordination Travelling to customer locations when required
