We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Sales Manager with 5+ years of proven sales experience to lead, coach, and scale our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining territory strategies, optimizing revenue pipelines, managing key customer relationships, and cultivating a high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate blends hands-on closing expertise with strategic vision, data-driven forecasting, and exceptional team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Management Recruit & Coach: Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives and account executives to consistently hit or exceed targets. Performance Management: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and call audits to improve team conversion rates. Culture & Retention: Foster an energetic, supportive, and competitive sales culture with strong retention and high team morale. Revenue Generation & Execution Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and implement territory sales plans, outreach tactics, and go-to-market strategies aligned with overall business goals. Pipeline Oversight: Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring pipeline health and deal velocity. Key Account Support: Step in to assist team members with high-stakes negotiations, enterprise prospects, and complex deal structures. Operations & Analytics Forecasting: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and revenue reports to senior leadership. CRM Governance: Ensure strict CRM hygiene (Salesforce / HubSpot) and leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities or bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align lead generation, product feedback, and account retention.
Application support & troubleshooting. Act as the initial point of contact for all system related concerns from clients (L1 Support). Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze & diagnose software related issues. Preparing reports on the project progress to steering committees. Conduct software training programs for the customer. Assist project management team in creating training materials. Organize and file documentation related to the project. Responsibilities Lead a team of SRE and production support engineers across incident response, on-call, and reliability engineering Own SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for the platform, and drive the engineering work needed to meet them Design and build automation for deployment, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing across CI/CD pipelines Lead major incident response and drive blameless post-incident reviews through to root-cause fixes Own the observability stack (ELK, metrics, tracing) and improve signal quality to reduce mean time to detection and recovery Optimize database (MySQL/MongoDB), application (Java/Spring Boot, Tomcat), and infrastructure (Docker, Linux) performance Manage the 24/7 on-call rotation and continuously reduce operational toil and alert fatigue Partner with engineering teams to build reliability and operability into features before they ship Mentor engineers on reliability practices, incident command, and production ownership
