Job Summary We are looking for skilled and customer-focused IT Managed Services Professionals to support and manage client IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user environments. The candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive IT support, monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for managed service clients. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage client IT infrastructure, systems, and network environments. Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, servers, and applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and IT devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls. Perform system updates, patch management, antivirus monitoring, and security checks. Support backup, disaster recovery, and data protection processes. Respond to service requests, incidents, and escalations within SLA timelines. Configure and support routers, switches, VPNs, printers, and cloud services. Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and support reports. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client IT environments. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and cloud technologies. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced managed services environment. Good verbal and written communication skills.
An opportunity to join the Allianz Technology UK Branch as a Technical Architect within the Architecture team. You will be responsible for working closely with the Allianz Technology Central, IT Development Teams and the business to provide technical support, advice and solution design for both infrastructure and systems development driven work. This is a technical role but also requires interpersonal, communication and relationship skills to effectively translate complex IT issues and solutions into terms that can be presented and understood by both technical and non-technical audiences in multiple countries and continents.
