IT Administrator Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and user support operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, provide technical support, and maintain system security and performance. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices Manage Windows/Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and user access permissions Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewall systems Perform system backups, software updates, patch management, and disaster recovery activities Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and technical documentation Provide technical support and training to employees when required Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and AMC services Support Office 365, cloud services, and remote access solutions Monitor server performance, storage utilization, and network health Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and IT projects Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or system administration Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage

You will be responsible for working closely with the Allianz Technology Central, IT Development Teams and the business to provide technical support, advice and solution design for both infrastructure and systems development driven work.
