IT Helpdesk Executive Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Executive to provide technical support and assistance to users regarding hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, resolving user queries, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees and users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications. Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, emails, and user requests in a timely manner. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Maintain records of issues, solutions, and support activities. Assist in system updates, software installations, and IT asset management. Support user account creation, password resets, and access management. Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment and office systems. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution
