Job Title IT Project Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects and ensure successful delivery. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with developers, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders. Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Ensure proper documentation of project activities and deliverables. Conduct project meetings, reviews, and client communications. Support change management and issue resolution processes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Skills
Required Skills Strong project management and leadership skills. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage. 3–8 years of experience in IT project management or related roles. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification. Experience managing enterprise IT or software implementation projects. Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or ERP systems.
