Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Assist in the planning, deployment, configuration, and day-to-day management of Azure network infrastructure (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPNs, and Network Security Groups). Network Automation & IaC: Write, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform configurations to automate routine network tasks and manage infrastructure as code. Operations & Ticketing Lifecycle: Proactively monitor the utilization, performance, and availability of cloud and on-premises network services; use basic Unix scripting (Bash/Python) to enhance visibility. Manage task progression, changes, and service requests within Jira and ServiceNow. Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Troubleshoot network incidents, track resolution progress via ServiceNow, identify root causes, and thoroughly document mitigation steps to prevent future recurrence. Audit Support: Assist the auditing team by pulling system logs, collecting network configurations, and providing the necessary technical evidence required for routine reviews.

Key Responsibilities Blog & Long-Form Content • Write original, well-researched blog posts and articles across Way’s product verticals • Produce content that targets specific keywords and search intent while maintaining a natural, engaging voice • Research topics thoroughly - understand the subject matter before writing, not just the keyword • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with the editorial calendar Web Copy & Landing Pages • Write and refine website copy, product pages, and landing pages that are clear, persuasive, and optimized for search • Craft meta titles, descriptions, and headers that improve click-through rates from search results • Support new page creation and site updates with SEO-informed copy SEO Content Execution • Collaborate with the SEO & Content Manager on keyword research, topic clustering, and content briefs • Write content structured for on-page SEO - proper heading hierarchy, internal linking, schema-friendly formatting • Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings and maintain relevance • Monitor content performance and incorporate learnings into future writing Research & Subject Matter Development • Develop a working knowledge of Way’s product verticals and the U.S. consumer landscape for each • Research competitors, industry trends, and consumer questions to identify content opportunities • Translate complex topics - insurance, EV charging, parking regulations - into clear, accessible content for a general audience Editorial Quality & Brand Voice • Write in a consistent brand voice that is clear, helpful, and confident - not generic or overly promotional • Self-edit rigorously for clarity, grammar, structure, and readability before submission • Incorporate feedback quickly and use it to improve future output Required Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role producing web content • Strong portfolio of published blog posts, articles, or web copy - preferably with demonstrable SEO results • Solid understanding of on-page SEO principles - keyword placement, heading structure, internal linking, meta tags • Experience writing for U.S. audiences with a natural command of American English idiom and tone • Ability to research and write confidently across unfamiliar topics - you learn fast and write with authority • Experience working with content management systems (WordPress or similar) • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar • Strong self-editing skills - your first drafts are clean and your final drafts are publish-ready • Ability to manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines consistently • Comfortable working with a U.S.based content calendar and cross-timezone collaboration

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution • Coordinate and monitor multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery. • Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and scope. • Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and take proactive corrective actions. 2. Team Coordination & Management • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other project stakeholders. • Assign and track tasks based on team availability, priorities, and project requirements. • Monitor daily progress, team productivity, and task completion. • Conduct daily stand-ups, project review meetings, and follow-ups. • Resolve coordination issues and escalate critical blockers when necessary. 3. Client Communication & Relationship Management • Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal development teams. • Communicate project progress, timelines, deliverables, and challenges to clients. • Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project reviews. • Understand client expectations and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the team. • Handle client feedback, change requests, and follow-up communications professionally. 4. Deadline & Delivery Management • Take ownership of project schedules and delivery commitments. • Closely monitor milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. • Identify delays early and coordinate recovery plans with the team. • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards before client submission. 5. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports. • Prepare daily/weekly project status reports for management. • Track project issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests. • Maintain accurate project records using project management tools. 6. Quality & Process Coordination • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper testing before releases. • Support Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Ensure teams follow established development processes and project workflows. • Coordinate UAT, deployment schedules, and client acceptance activitie.
