Key Responsibilities Explore and implement the latest AI tools for design, content creation, and productivity. Create modern UI/UX designs, website layouts, dashboards, and prototypes using Figma or other tools. Design promotional graphics, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives. Create engaging videos, reels, product demos, and social media content. Develop creative content for websites, digital marketing, and product promotions. Use AI tools for image generation, video creation, editing, and copywriting. Maintain consistent branding and research emerging design trends.Skills
Preferred Skills Good knowledge of AI tools, AI prompting, and AI-powered creative platforms. Hands-on experience with Figma and basic UI/UX design principles. PROJECT COORDINATOR
TrivandrumKey Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution • Coordinate and monitor multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery. • Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and scope. • Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and take proactive corrective actions. 2. Team Coordination & Management • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other project stakeholders. • Assign and track tasks based on team availability, priorities, and project requirements. • Monitor daily progress, team productivity, and task completion. • Conduct daily stand-ups, project review meetings, and follow-ups. • Resolve coordination issues and escalate critical blockers when necessary. 3. Client Communication & Relationship Management • Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal development teams. • Communicate project progress, timelines, deliverables, and challenges to clients. • Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project reviews. • Understand client expectations and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the team. • Handle client feedback, change requests, and follow-up communications professionally. 4.
