Job Description
Role Overview Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team, coordinate enquiries and quotations, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely communication across customers, sales, presales, procurement, accounts, and operations. Key Responsibilities • Register customer enquiries/RFQs in CRM, acknowledge receipt, assign actions and track to closure • Coordinate with sales, presales, procurement and finance for specs, costs, lead times and terms • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender submission packages • Verify pricing, taxes, delivery, payment terms, exclusions and warranty before issuing documents • Track quotation deadlines, tender submissions, demos, and follow-up commitments • Maintain CRM data: enquiry status, quotation revisions, probability, expected value and next actions • Coordinate sales orders, LPO review, procurement handover, delivery schedules and invoicing • Prepare pipeline, order conversion and receivables reports Requirements • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Engineering • Minimum 2–3 years' sales coordination, customer service or tender support experience; Qatar/GCC preferred • Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills; CRM/ERP experience preferred • Experience supporting ICT, ELV, security systems or project-based sales an advantage • Good written and spoken English; Arabic an advantage
