The role owns incoming sales and marketing support requests, ensures product collateral readiness across the portfolio, and contributes to product quality through usability testing and UI/UX feedback. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional coordination across BA, Project / Technical Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Development teams. This is purely non-technical role reporting to Program Manager. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Liaison Act as the single point of contact for incoming support requests from the Leader Group (Saudi) sales team for the LeLab product portfolio. Triage, prioritise, and route sales/marketing requests to the relevant LeLab departments and track them through to closure. Translate sales requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across BA, Project/Technical Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Development teams to fulfil sales and marketing requests. Facilitate communication between parent-company stakeholders and the offshore delivery team, accounting for time-zone and cultural considerations. Product Collateral Ownership: Own the readiness, accuracy, and version control of product collateral (brochures, datasheets, demos, presentations, feature sheets) across the product portfolio. Maintain a centralised, up-to-date repository of marketing assets. Usability & UI/UX: Conduct usability testing on LeLab products and consolidate findings. Provide structured UI/UX feedback to product and development teams from a market and end-user perspective. Marketing Support: Support go-to-market activities, product launches, and feature announcements. Assist in preparing marketing content aligned with product positioning. Required Qualifications Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a product-based organisation. Demonstrable experience working with or alongside product / technical teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder-management and coordination skills. Preferred / Good-to-Have Exposure to usability testing and a working understanding of UI/UX principles. Experience operating within an offshore / parent-company (distributed) structure. Familiarity with collaboration and project-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana). Experience working with Middle East / Saudi stakeholders; Arabic language ability is an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Aligned to comparable product-marketing / liaison roles in product organisations operating a parent + offshore-development-centre model. Targets to be calibrated with the hiring manager.
