We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in creating visually engaging graphics, social media content, and professional video edits. The candidate must have a good understanding of branding, digital marketing trends, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create high-quality graphic designs for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with company goals and brand identity. Analyze design briefs and understand project requirements to deliver effective visual solutions. Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other digital assets. Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, style, and messaging. Present design ideas and drafts for review, feedback, and improvements. Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and devices. Video Editing Create and edit engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications. Edit video content including trimming, transitions, animations, effects, captions, and audio enhancement. Develop creative video concepts aligned with current social media trends. Add motion graphics, visual effects, and storytelling elements to improve video quality. Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Manage video files, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content that improves brand visibility. Collaboration & Performance Improvement Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support branding initiatives. Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and social media practices. Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements based on engagement metrics. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong creative skills with a good understanding of design principles and visual storytelling. Proven experience in graphic design and video editing. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic designs, social media creatives, and video projects. Proficiency in design tools such as: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Canva or similar tools Knowledge of video editing techniques, motion graphics, transitions, and animations. Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and digital marketing practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER
TrivandrumWe are looking for a Mid-Level Embedded Software Engineer who can independently design, implement, and debug firmware for real-time embedded systems built on FreeRTOS . You will own features end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and help improve the reliability of our embedded software stack. Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement firmware modules and drivers for microcontroller-based products Develop and maintain FreeRTOS -based applications: tasks, queues, semaphores, timers, and memory management Lead root-cause debugging of complex firmware issues across hardware and software boundaries Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and memory footprint Define and execute unit, integration, and system-level test plans Review code from junior engineers and provide technical mentorship Collaborate with hardware and QA teams during board bring-up and product validation Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–5 years of professional embedded software development experience Strong debugging skills: JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers , and systematic root-cause analysis Practical, hands-on experience with FreeRTOS (task design, synchronization primitives, scheduling, memory management) Strong C/C++ skills with solid understanding of memory management, concurrency, and real-time constraints Experience with common communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) Comfortable working with datasheets, schematics, and low-level register access Experience with Git-based workflows and CI-friendly build systems
