Sessions may be held at different locations across Kerala, with current training activities primarily concentrated in Alappuzha and Ernakulam. Travel requirements may vary depending on programme schedules and organisational needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging weekend training sessions in UI/UX design. Mentor learners through hands-on projects, design exercises, and portfolio development. Teach industry-relevant design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability principles. Provide constructive feedback and career guidance to learners. Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong practical expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent platforms. Solid understanding of user-centred design methodologies, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
