User Support & Training: Provide tier-2/3 technical support to global finance teams, create functional documentation, and conduct user training sessions. Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of direct experience implementing, configuring, or supporting financial modules in a major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Workday). Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of core accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS), monthly/year-end closing processes, and financial reporting structure.
