Extendable based on mutual consent Job Description Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Understand client requirements, direct them appropriately, and coordinate site visits. Ensure consistency in client engagement aligned with organizational standards. Coordinate logistical and administrative requirements for marketing activities. Guide apprentices/interns in task execution, review outputs for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery. Oversee maintenance and updating of brand collaterals in line with branding guidelines. Conduct audits of the Technopark brand store, ensuring presentation, inventory, and upkeep. Skills
Graduation in any discipline (Regular Full Time Course from a Government-recognized University) The candidate must possess a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as Marketing/Business Development/Corporate Communications/Media Relations/Public Relations or Content Development from reputed organizations. The candidate must possess interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malayalam both verbally and written.
