Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our HR consulting and corporate talent solutions. You will be responsible for identifying target corporate clients, pitching EH’s HR service portfolio, establishing C-suite/HR leadership relationships, and closing enterprise contracts. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and acquire new corporate B2B clients for executive search, HR consultancy, and strategic hiring services. Lead Generation: Utilize cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry networking, and email campaigns to generate high-value sales pipelines. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings with HR Heads, CHROs, and CXOs to understand organizational pain points and position tailored HR solutions. Proposal & Contract Management: Draft custom business proposals, commercial terms, and SLAs; negotiate contracts to successful closure. Market Research: Track industry trends, corporate hiring patterns, and competitor activities to identify new revenue channels. Account Growth: Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded clients to explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Preferred Skills Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or HR service sales (recruitment agency, HR tech, or consulting experience is a strong plus). Strong understanding of corporate hiring dynamics, executive search, and HR service models. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
