Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Understand client requirements, direct them appropriately, and coordinate site visits. Ensure consistency in client engagement aligned with organizational standards. Support lead generation through research and preliminary outreach. Qualify and route leads to relevant teams, draft follow-ups, and maintain CRM records. Ensure continuity and proper documentation across all stages of client engagement. Coordinate with external agencies (social media, PR, advertising, event management) for content and campaigns. Support implementation of marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across channels. Act as a coordination point between internal departments for content inputs and storytelling. Conduct market research and track industry trends relevant to IT parks. Support benchmarking exercises and identify areas for process and communication improvement. Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain documentation. Assist in reports, presentations, government replies, and internal communications. Coordinate logistical and administrative requirements for marketing activities. Guide apprentices/interns in task execution, review outputs for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery. Oversee maintenance and updating of brand collaterals in line with branding guidelines. Conduct audits of the Technopark brand store, ensuring presentation, inventory, and upkeep.

The present position is at the office of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram; however, Technopark reserves the right to post the candidate in any other offices or projects of Technopark within the state of Kerala or any other IT Parks under the Department of Information Technology, Government of Kerala, if required.
