Full Stack Developer (.NET with React JS) Job Description: The primary responsibility will be to develop the different layers of our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. • Hands on experience in Microsoft technologies – C#, .NET Core , ASP.NET, MVC, Linq, SQL Server. • Hands on experience in client-side development using React Library. • Familiar with API development using JSON for Mobile and Web. • Hands on experience in designing web application for high performance. • Strong design, coding and debugging skills. • Working knowledge of Microsoft design patterns, development practices, application blocks, tools. • Should be confident, self-driven with a lot of initiative, and should have the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies. • Hands on experience in using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor etc in developing and testing applications using above mentioned technologies.

Role Overview You will play a crucial role in helping launch new programs, assist with training customer service managers , engage with customers, and manage ongoing program success within our Way+ Vertical. This role will have a heavy focus on the monitoring and reporting of the SLAs and Customer Service efforts for each of our partnerships. You will be required to understand all partner operations and be knowledge experts in the Way+ vertical, staying up to date with any product or program changes. You will use this knowledge to effectively assist customers, team members and vendors in relation to any questions , escalations, and daily operational needs. This role involves training, coaching, monitoring, and managing the verticals to both achieve customer and partner satisfaction and program service level objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Program Launch & Management: Assist with the launch of new programs, ensuring all components are executed effectively and meet project objectives. Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve success. Training and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance. Customer Engagement: Assist the CS Team in resolving complex customer issues or escalations. Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality assurance. Engage with customers to provide support, answer queries, and promote program initiatives. Address customer feedback and concerns to enhance satisfaction and program success. Performance Management: Track key performance metrics and report on team performance to higher management. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues affecting customer and partner satisfaction. The Senior Architect role is responsible for the whole of global IT architect ure. This includes recommending standards, working with business leaders to determine solutions, and implementing and managing IT Infrastructure projects at a global level. This individual is required to understand the intricacies and interrelationships of a diverse set of technology stacks. This includes, but is not limited to: Infrastructure hardware and software Cloud service and cloud compute Security platforms Authentication mechanisms including biometrics System and process automation using scripts or other tools Reporting systems Utilizing this knowledge and experience this individual will be required to plan and execute on future technology projects based on business need and emerging trends. This person must have expert-level technical expertise in order to lead IT projects. This includes experience in leading all project phases including design, testing, implementation, validation, and operations. This person is responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to IT and business leaders. Experience presenting business cases at the executive level is a plus. This position will require a combination of expert technical and strong communication skills combined with the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and oversee a wide variety of global projects in the US, INTL and CIS regions. He or she must exhibit significant technical expertise in enterprise systems and is a self-starter with the passion for IT infrastructure with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and a sense of ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks may include but are not limited to: Scope, define, and execute on the IT strategy partnering with IT and business leaders. Manage the evolution of technical solutions hosted internally or externally, be they managed by Worldwide and/or by vendors on Worldwide’s behalf. Provide technical expertise and guidance for the Worldwide compute environment, including but not limited to: Systems design, implementation, and support of VMWare, Citrix, SAN, DFS, DHCP, backup, server standards, Microsoft Azure, ADFS, ADCS, Windows server and Windows PC imaging, patching, and maintenance. Authentication systems design, implementation, and support utilizing two factor authentication, tokens, and biometrics Security system design, implementation, and support utilizing Microsoft Defender as well as other security tools. Systems management utilizing Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, Microsoft Defender, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune. Define and revise IT architect ure standards as needed. Implement and maintain IT Infrastructure projects, keeping milestones on target and providing regular updates, communication and guidance to teams and upper management as appropriate. Provide Tier 3-4 support for day-to-day management of infrastructure solutions, both internal and external (cloud), including Dell storage, servers, network connectivity, SAN and backup. Facilitate and manage effective monitoring and auditing of IT and security audit logs and other security-related systems; investigate and escalate incidents including documentation and reporting of events and preventative actions.
