Job Description
Work closely with our marketing teams on curating, filtering and processing the sales leads. Handle first-level calls with inbound and outbound sales leads. Understand our products suite s and pitch it appropriately with our prospects. Understand customer requirements and qualify for potential business opportunities. Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the internal presales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups . Perform regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure timely communication. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal discussions and customer requirements. Prepare and maintain sales reports and lead status updates. Support lead generation and sales pipeline management activities. Maintain a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction. Take ownership of assigned activities and continuously improve product and business knowledge.
Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele calling , Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Business Development Support, or Lead Generation. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Exposure to CRM tools will be an added advantage. Confidence in speaking with prospective customers over phone and virtual meetings. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills . Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
