We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack PHP Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in PHP frameworks along with modern frontend development skills. Full-stack PHP developers are typically expected to work across UI, APIs, databases, and deployment workflows. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel/CodeIgniter. Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React/Vue (preferred). Design and develop RESTful APIs. Optimize MySQL database queries and application performance. Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers. Maintain code quality using Git and follow coding standards. Deploy and maintain applications on Linux/AWS servers.

JOB SUMMARY : Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers (Generally parents of Class 1-12 students) Willingness to work from our Offices at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. Introduce products or services, explain their features, and highlight their benefits to students and parents. Follow scripts provided by the company and adapt them as needed to engage with customers effectively. Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales.
4–5 yrs hands-on with AWS services & CaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, RingCentral). 2+ yrs: contact flow development, Lex BOT, Chat/Voice BOTs, routing, and reporting. CI/CD pipeline experience on AWS or Azure; strong monitoring & deployment automation skills. Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, SMS/WhatsApp, conversational AI, and sentiment analysis. Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn new domains and technologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
