Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn new domains and technologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Skills
Hands-on experience with AWS and Amazon Connect, contact flow development, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and customer experience technologies such as IVR, chat, and voice bots, with additional discussion on AI capabilities and operational support.

Key Responsibilities Lead the AI Learning Ecosystem Head and guide the AI department across Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI and real-world AI systems. Build and continuously improve a complete, in-depth AI curriculum from fundamentals to advanced deployment. Ensure all learning is practical, project-driven and aligned with real industry needs. Design and Deliver Advanced AI Training Conduct engaging online or in-person sessions covering Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG Systems, Multi-Agent Systems, AI Deployment and MLOps. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes and project-based learning modules for each topic area. Ensure lesson delivery is clear, structured and accessible to students at different levels of experience. Build Real AI Systems With Students Guide students through hands-on construction of AI agents, autonomous workflows, single and multi-agent systems, RAG-based applications, tool-using AI systems, AI copilots and real-world deployable AI products. Help students move from understanding theory to shipping working, deployable solutions. Mentor and Inspire Mentor students one-on-one and in groups, helping them become confident, independent AI professionals. Push students to think critically, solve practical problems and take ownership of their learning. Build a culture of curiosity, experimentation and continuous learning within the AI programme. Technical Leadership Stay updated with the latest AI trends, frameworks, tools and workflows. Introduce best practices in architecture, deployment, evaluation, safety and scalability. Contribute to building EduGuild's long-term AI vision and learning ecosystem. Collaborate with the academic team to develop, refine and continuously improve course content. Participate in knowledge sharing, content creation and academic research where relevant. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's in Maths/ Data Science Master’s in Maths/Data Science Any additional course on Statistics is good. Required Skills Technical Skills Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen or similar frameworks. Practical knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases and embeddings. Experience with prompt engineering, tokenisation, context windows and function calling. Ability to build and deploy AI agents, autonomous workflows and agentic systems. Familiarity with fine-tuning, model adaptation, LLM application architecture and evaluation methods. Understanding of backend systems, APIs and real-world AI deployment pipelines. Knowledge of AI security, safety practices and scalability considerations. Teaching and Leadership Ability to explain difficult technical concepts clearly and practically to learners of varying backgrounds. Strong communication and presentation skills, both online and in person. Genuine passion for mentoring and a deep care for student outcomes and learning quality. Willingness to continuously learn, adapt and upgrade skills to deliver high-quality training. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
