About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell Quasacare Hospital Management Software (HMS) to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with a passion for technology and healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Reach out to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations of Quasacare Hospital Management Software. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth. Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in software sales, IT Product Sales, SaaS sales, ERP sales, Healthcare IT, or Hospital Management Software sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Good understanding of the healthcare industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
