Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, polite, physically active, and capable of handling office support and delivery-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. Perform daily checks on the Food Delivery Kiosk machines and ensure they are functioning properly. Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling. Handle office errands such as banking, courier, and purchasing office supplies. Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities. Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies. Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings. Help in moving files, packages, and office materials when required. Perform any other support tasks assigned by the administration team. Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass. Basic communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, scanning, and printing). Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time. Physically fit and active.Skills
