Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and maximize ROI. Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns. Develop and publish creative content, including reels, short-form videos, and promotional posts. Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement. Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and promotional assets. Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and company initiatives. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach. Track campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and prepare performance reports. Assist in SEO and content optimization initiatives. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, tools, and best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. Experience in content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms. Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
