CloudQ is looking for a motivated Zoho Sales Executive to drive medium & large enterprise deals . This role is perfect for professionals with proven SaaS/ERP/CRM sales experience and strong business networks. 1. Core Zoho & Technical Sales Expertise Zoho Product Suite Knowledge: Hands-on experience selling Zoho solutions (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho One, or Zoho People). B2B Enterprise Software/SaaS Sales: Experience navigating complex B2B software sales cycles, ERP, or CRM implementations. Zoho Partner Ecosystem Experience: Prior experience working directly with registered Zoho Partners is highly preferred, as they already understand the licensing, implementation margins, and delivery ecosystem. 2. Business Development & Deal Acquisition Large Deal Acquisition: A proven track record of closing high-value enterprise accounts (specifically individual deals valued at INR 3 to 5 Lakhs and above). Value-Based & Consultative Selling: Ability to understand client pain points, map business requirements to Zoho solutions, and present technical demonstrations or proposals. Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Active hunting skills to generate new opportunities independently without relying solely on inbound marketing leads. 3. Relationship & Pipeline Management Active Local Network: An existing active network of decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, IT Directors, and Business Owners) in the SME and Mid-Market segments across Kerala and Western Tamil Nadu. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Proficiency in using CRM systems (ideally Zoho CRM) to manage sales pipelines, track activities, and report accurate revenue forecasts. Commercial Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close profitable deals while maintaining healthy gross margins. 4. Regional & Operational Skills Territory Management (Kerala & TN): Familiarity with industrial clusters in Kerala (operating from Trivandum/ Kochi) and Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore, Tirupur, Salem, Erode). Go-to-Market Readiness: Being a "ready-to-go-to-market" resource requiring minimal onboarding to start active selling.
