This is a position in the Client Invoicing Services team which helps delivering the services in a swift, proficient and proactive manner within the SLAs. This role not only provides a good platform to learn billing processes but also improves multitasking skills by handling email queries from the clients, listening and speaking to them, navigating computers and email inboxes, and data processing simultaneously. The key function is to support and handle the team’s processes Understand and become familiar with Alamy’s invoicing and billing processes for Inbox, Self-bill and magazines. With a visual eye for images, be able to match client declarations with the available reports and identify usages to process invoices. Work as a team to ensure team deliverables are met as per the SLAs. Ensure that work delivered fulfills Alamy’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn • Monitor campaign performance and generate analytical reports • Conduct audience research and targeting to maximize ROI • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and content • Manage campaign budgets and achieve performance goals • Support SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
