Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network security, performance, availability, and scalability while leading network-related projects and providing advanced technical support. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN Manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network security systems Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex network issues, and ensure maximum uptime Implement network security policies, firewall configurations, and access controls Perform network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning Configure and support routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, and MPLS Manage network monitoring tools, logging systems, and performance optimization Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning for network systems Collaborate with system administrators, cloud teams, and vendors for infrastructure projects Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical reports Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior network engineers and support staff Support cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments when required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network administration Experience in enterprise or managed service environments preferred

Required Skills Strong expertise in routing, switching, and network security technologies Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, HP, Aruba, or similar networking devices Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, QoS, and wireless networking Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security best practices Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure Preferred Skills Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, JNCIP, or Aruba certifications Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking, and virtualization technologies Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Python or Ansible
