Job Title: Senior QA Location: Technopark Phase 1 Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-5 years About the Role: An experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Software Tester with hands-on experience in Manual, Automation, and AI-assisted Software Testing. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of software quality throughout the entire product lifecycle—from requirement analysis and test planning to production deployment and post-release validation. Required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure every release is stable, reliable, secure, and delivers an exceptional user experience. . Key Responsibilities: ? Perform end-to-end Manual Testing for Web, Mobile, and API applications. ? Design, prepare, review, and execute comprehensive Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Checklists, and Test Scripts. ? Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, System, End-to-End (E2E), Cross-Browser, Cross-Platform, Exploratory, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and API Testing. ? Maintain high-quality QA documentation, defect reports, test execution reports, release reports, and quality metrics. ? Maintain test environments and test data required for effective testing. ? Develop, maintain, and execute Automation Test Scripts to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and product quality. ? Continuously enhance automation coverage and optimize testing processes. ? Validate application functionality, business requirements, usability, and user experience. ? Perform database validation and data verification whenever required. ? Identify, document, prioritize, track, verify, and retest software defects until successful closure. ? Perform impact analysis and validate bug fixes before production releases. ? Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test estimation activities. ? Estimate testing effort and provide realistic testing timelines. ? Accurately, within project timelines and according to project guidelines, codes clinical trials data (e.g., adverse events, medical history, physical examination findings, and/or medications) and ensures completeness, accuracy, and consistency of the codes through use of data listings, computer generated reports, or on-line review. Develops and validates coding specifications, ad hoc listings, reports, and queries for use in the validation of coded data in the clinical database. Performs study specific User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the coding module used for assigned studies. Performs peer reviews of coding reports and provides guidance to other Data Coding Specialists. Coordinate up versioning of assigned dictionaries throughout the life of a study, as needed. Review or provide input into the development of SOPs, Data Management Plans, and project management tools. Maintains a good understanding of currently used coding dictionaries and guidelines in order to effectively serve as a department resource. Interfaces with project teams to resolve problems and issues dealing with the coding of clinical data. Trains Data Coding Specialists, as well as Data Management staff, on coding dictionary structures, conventions and/or use of coding software to apply codes or run reports. Interact with Sponsors by gaining working knowledge of project coding specifications, receiving feedback on coding reports, promoting consistency across projects within or resolving coding questions. Verifies active sponsor dictionary subscriptions.

We are expanding our in-house composite manufacturing capability for high-performance aerospace and naval radomes. Position: Composite Engineer We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Composite Engineer to lead the design and development of RF-transparent composite radomes using advanced manufacturing processes such as Vacuum Bagging, Vacuum Infusion (VARTM), Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Hand Lay-up, Compression Molding, and Prepreg Lamination (where applicable). The ideal candidate should have practical experience in composite material selection, mold development, manufacturing process optimization, and quality control for high-performance aerospace and defense composite structures. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RF-transparent composite radomes for antenna, radar, SATCOM, and communication systems. Select appropriate composite materials based on RF, mechanical, thermal, and environmental requirements. Develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes, including: Vacuum Bagging Vacuum Infusion (VARTM) Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) Hand Lay-up Compression Molding Prepreg Lamination and Oven/Autoclave Curing (where applicable) Design, fabricate, and validate composite molds, tooling, and fixtures. Develop lightweight sandwich composite structures using suitable core materials. Select and evaluate materials such as E-Glass, S-Glass, Quartz Fiber, Aramid (Kevlar), Epoxy Resin Systems, Cyanate Ester Resin Systems, Polyester/Vinyl Ester Resins, PMI (Rohacell) Foam, PVC Foam, PET Foam, Nomex Honeycomb, Aluminum Honeycomb, and appropriate release agents. Prepare manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and quality procedures. Perform laminate lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, machining, bonding, and finishing operations. Conduct dimensional inspection, quality checks, and troubleshooting of manufacturing defects. Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to achieve optimum electromagnetic and structural performance. Improve manufacturing efficiency, process repeatability, and product quality through continuous process optimization.
