The Business Operations Associate work closely with the Business Development Team and leadership team to support lead generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, CRM management, marketing campaigns, and strategic business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, organization, and building long-term client relationships in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation Research target companies, startups, enterprises, government organizations, and international markets. Identify new business opportunities across AI, SaaS, Software Development, Healthcare, Education, Government, and Enterprise sectors. Build and maintain qualified prospect databases. Monitor industry trends, funding opportunities, tenders, and technology initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, contacts, meetings, and sales activities. Business Development Coordination Support execution of business development strategies and growth initiatives. Coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and networking events. Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up actions, and sales reports. Track business development activities and maintain documentation. Client Engagement Reach out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other professional platforms. Schedule discovery meetings and follow up with prospects. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Coordinate client presentations and requirement discussions. Marketing Support Create and coordinate LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports. Proposal & Documentation Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, EOIs, grant applications, capability statements, and client presentations. Coordinate project information, company credentials, case studies, resumes, and supporting documents. Maintain proposal templates and business development documentation. Administrative Support Organize business development records and reports. Coordinate internal meetings and follow-up activities. Support leadership with day-to-day business development operations. Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management. Experience in the IT, Software, SaaS, AI, or Technology industry is preferred.
