Job Description
The Confidential Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, handling sensitive information with discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential matters professionally. As a Confidential Assistant, you will be responsible for handling classified or private information, maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, draft correspondence, and facilitate communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other official documents that may contain privileged information. Key Responsibilities: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and databases. Assist in drafting and reviewing official documents and communications. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports. Support in project management and special assignments as required. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred). 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive matters. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore services quickly. Major Incident Management Support and coordinate operational response during critical (P1/P2) incidents.
