This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day engineering execution, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Engineering Delivery & Execution Oversee daily engineering operations including sprint execution, scrum ceremonies, and stand-ups Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ongoing projects and tasks Maintain visibility into all active workstreams and proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies Drive accountability across teams to meet delivery commitments 2. Leadership & Team Management Provide functional leadership to engineering managers, lead engineers, and development teams Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and accountable engineering culture Act as a strong people manager, supporting team members in both professional growth and personal concerns Mentor and guide leadership within the engineering organization 3. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell Quasacare Hospital Management Software (HMS) to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with a passion for technology and healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Reach out to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations of Quasacare Hospital Management Software. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth. Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
