Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused SaaS Pre-Sales Executive to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, understand their business needs, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on business needs and potential. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Build and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Follow up on leads, address customer queries, and overcome objections. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking. Monitor lead generation and conversion metrics while staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.Skills
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar. Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Software Products, or Technology Sales is preferred.
