Job Description
The incumbent of this role will be responsible for preparation of tender documents, tender plans, overall coordination of tendering process in IT departments of KAHRAMAA and smooth functioning of tendering processes for IT projects with in KAHRAMAA. RESPONSIBILITIES Involve in Project coordination once the LOA is done till completion. Involve in pre- and post-project activities from inception till the LOA is done. Assist Program Manager in compiling Status reports. Organize Project meetings with Steering groups, Project Managers, and other stakeholders. Responsible in driving Tender & Commercial Evaluation and Approval phase • Responsible for coordination during Awarding and LOA Phase Responsible for coordination during Publishing the Tender. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Good Command on English, Arabic (Not Mandatory, but Preferred) Demonstrate Effective Communication skills. In depth knowledge about Tendering Process in GCC Region (Esp State of Qatar) Strong influence and negotiation skills
Skills
Experience: 13+ years A relevant Degree Relevant work experience in IT Tendering/ Procurement Area as per the Skill Band requirements mentioned under Article 4.2.4of Appendix A including MS Office Suite. Effective organizational and written communication skills.
