Job Description
This is a position in the Client Invoicing Services team which helps delivering the services in a swift, proficient and proactive manner within the SLAs. This role not only provides a good platform to learn billing processes but also improves multitasking skills by handling email queries from the clients, listening and speaking to them, navigating computers and email inboxes, and data processing simultaneously. The key function is to support and handle the team’s processes Understand and become familiar with Alamy’s invoicing and billing processes for Inbox, Self-bill and magazines. With a visual eye for images, be able to match client declarations with the available reports and identify usages to process invoices. Work as a team to ensure team deliverables are met as per the SLAs. Ensure that work delivered fulfills Alamy’s quality standards.
Skills
Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written. 2025/2026 passouts preferred. Candidates with IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/BEC will get added advantage. Should be able to interpret customer emails accurately and send concise replies. Must have quick analytical reflex with high level of attention to detail. Can comfortably work on MS Office applications, especially MS excel and word. Is open to work from Technopark office in UK shifts (12:30 PM - 09:30 PM). Immediate Joiner
