IT Administrator Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems, servers, networks, and overall technology infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, user support, and smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and user access permissions Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and server health Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and technical documentation Provide technical support and training to end users when required Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services Support cloud services, remote desktop tools, and Office 365 administration Assist in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and disaster recovery planning Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support Relevant certifications are an added advantageSkills
