We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Engineer (L1) to provide first-level technical support for IT incidents and service requests. The candidate will be responsible for handling user queries, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution
Skills
Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting Understanding of Windows OS, Outlook, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP) Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.) Good understanding of incident management and SLA tracking Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets
