Correspondence Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor and manage all underwriting- and claims-related correspondence, ensuring timely responses, accurate follow-ups, and smooth coordination across internal teams. Responsibilities will be divided between team members with designated backups. Policy & Quotation Management: Review and process policy declarations, quotations, and certificate issuance while ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines and the company’s risk appetite. BDX (Bordereaux) Management: Acknowledge incoming bordereaux, support consolidation, prepare reports, and assist with reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and transparency. Claims Handling: Support end-to-end claims management including documentation review, claim chasers, escalation alerts, preparing supervisor briefings, and communicating evaluation outcomes clearly and promptly. Data & Register Updates: Maintain and update the Insurance Registers and other operational logs with high accuracy to support audits and regulatory compliance. Declaration Analysis: Carry out declaration analysis and prepare periodic reports providing insights for underwriting and portfolio risk monitoring. Sanctions Screening: Conduct sanctions checks in line with internal procedures and financial crime prevention standards. Website Compliance Checks: Perform periodic website audits to ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy of product information, and alignment with approved wording. T&C Review Support: Assist in reviewing product terms & conditions (T&Cs) and support internal audits to ensure consistency with legal and operational requirements.
