Role Overview: The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Feature Film Marketing team, ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of all promotional assets and the smooth execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns for animated feature films. 1. Marketing Asset Management: Coordinate the fulfillment, tracking, and delivery of all creative assets (trailers, posters, stills, clips) to domestic and international distributors and partners. Work with Production/Post-Production teams to ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, legal approvals, and technical specifications. Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring accurate version control and archiving. 2. Campaign Execution Support: Manage and track detailed project timelines and content calendars for film launch campaigns. Serve as a key liaison between the in-house team, external creative agencies, and media partners, distributing briefs and tracking revisions. Assist in creating marketing presentations for executive and partner meetings. 3. Administration and Reporting: Process and track vendor invoices and support the monitoring of campaign budgets. Schedule meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute status reports across cross-functional teams (e.g., Publicity, Sales). Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the Group's Finance & Accounts function across domestic and international operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial governance, business partnering, commercial finance, cash flow management, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision support across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience, capable of balancing strategic financial planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Leadership & Strategy: Lead the Finance & Accounts function across all group entities, both in India and internationally. Partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and support business growth. Establish robust financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks. Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. 2. Financial Planning & Business Performance: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial planning, and variance analysis. Monitor financial performance, profitability, project economics, and key business metrics. Develop financial models to support investments, expansion, and business initiatives. Deliver timely MIS and management dashboards for leadership review. 3. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage group financial consolidation across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and applicable financial reporting requirements. Cash Flow Management: Own cash flow planning, liquidity management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations. Monitor collections, vendor payments, banking relationships, and funding requirements. Support capital planning and optimize cash utilization across the organization. International Finance & Multi-Entity Operations Manage international accounting, cross-border transactions, inter-company accounting, and consolidation. Oversee foreign currency transactions, transfer pricing coordination, and international financial reporting. Coordinate finance activities across domestic and overseas business operations. Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Project & Commercial Finance: Provide financial oversight for project-based and production-led businesses. Evaluate project budgets, cost structures, profitability, pricing, and milestone-based cash flows. Support commercial negotiations through financial analysis and business insights. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team. Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous process improvements. Build a high-performing finance function that supports organizational growth and transformation.
