You will manage daily workflows, coordinate with internal teams, maintain vendor relationships, and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities Operational Oversight – Manage day-to-day activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to avoid disruptions. Data & Reporting – Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align processes with business goals and enhance efficiency. Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and partners, ensuring clear communication, SLA compliance, and timely issue resolution. 4–5 yrs hands-on with AWS services & CaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, RingCentral). 2+ yrs: contact flow development, Lex BOT, Chat/Voice BOTs, routing, and reporting. CI/CD pipeline experience on AWS or Azure; strong monitoring & deployment automation skills. Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, SMS/WhatsApp, conversational AI, and sentiment analysis. Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn new domains and technologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
