Role: Full Stack Production Support Engineer We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our high-impact team. You will be the first line of defense for our production environment, balancing critical incident resolution with the development of key product enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Incident Ownership: Manage production alerts, perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement rapid hotfixes. Feature Contribution: Actively contribute to the product roadmap by developing high-priority enhancements. Environment Stewardship: Optimize database performance (MySQL/MongoDB) and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments. Incident Response: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure platform stability.Skills
echnical Requirements: Backend: Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Frontend: Hands-on experience with Angular and React. Data & Infrastructure: Experience in MySQL/MongoDB optimization, Tomcat, and Docker. Operating Systems: Strong hands-on experience with Linux (system administration, service management, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting). Messaging: Experience with Kafka (producers/consumers, troubleshooting, and operational support). DevOps/Observability: Experience with ELK stack for monitoring and Jenkins/CI/CD for deployment automation.
