We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing modern, user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable interacting directly with clients. The recruitment process includes a client-level interview, and candidates should be confident in presenting their work, discussing design decisions, and participating in client meetings Key Responsibilities • Gather and understand business and user requirements. • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Develop responsive designs and maintain design consistency across platforms. • Conduct usability studies and incorporate user feedback into designs. • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders. • Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients. • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and technologies.
QUALITY ANALYST
TrivandrumExecute automation, manual, and performance tests based on project requirements. Build and enhance automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright or relevant tools). Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing. Identify, analyze, and track defects using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide accurate test estimates. Execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter; analyze results and bottlenecks. Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
AUTOMATION TESTING
Trivandrum4 to 5 years of Overall testing experience. Test Automation Experience with the tool Selenium or Katalon. Should have experience in Test Automation Framework like TestNG and Cucumber Framework. Able to manage test activities in medium to large projects. Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills required to establish effective working relationships with clients and/or business partners. Should be familiar with the Software Testing tools, techniques and market trends. Should review user and functional requirements and provide feedback; they will Informally test early versions of functionality and develop increasingly complete test scripts and traceability. Participate in test execution and monitor the progress of execution. Proactively engage with all team members including developers, business users and business analysts. Writes, reviews and executes formal test scripts including setup and data requirements, procedures and expected results. Able to provide direct input to project estimates and documentation (Project Plan document, URS, FRS, Design docs) Reviews project requirements, plans and prototypes and providing input. Agile/ Scrum experience. Katalon Tool knowledge is preferable. Clinical domain knowledge is preferable. X Path knowledge is mandatory
