IT Hardware & System Administration Executive Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Hardware & System Administration professional to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware systems, servers, and network environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing end-user support. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices Monitor and maintain servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls Perform system backups, updates, and security patch management Configure and support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks Ensure antivirus protection, data security, and system performance optimization Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, procurement, and AMC support Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues Monitor server logs, storage usage, and network performance Support cloud services, remote access tools, and virtualization platforms if required Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field 1–4 years of experience in hardware support and system administration Freshers with strong technical expertise may also applySkills
Required Skills Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting Experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, and Linux basics Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and email configuration Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Preferred Skills Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or RHCE are an advantage Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V Experience with cloud platforms and remote monitoring toolsSuggested Jobs
