Job Description
Executive – IT Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and user support activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications Monitor and maintain network systems, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues promptly Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions Perform system updates, backups, and security checks regularly Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service support Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies Support IT projects, software implementations, and system upgrades Assist employees with technical queries and training when required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, BSc IT, or related field 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration preferred Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply

Required Skills Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewall basics Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and cybersecurity practices Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Time management and multitasking abilities Preferred Skills Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or ticketing tools Knowledge of backup solutions and remote support tools Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage
