Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with educational and business objectives Lead development of learning platforms, content delivery systems, assessment engines, and analytics tools Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and data security, especially for institutional and enterprise clients Oversee architecture across web, mobile, cloud, and data platforms Implement best practices for privacy, compliance, and data protection (FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable) Partner with Product, Academic, Content, and Instructional Design teams Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and data teams Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI-driven learning, adaptive assessments, simulations, AR/VR, LLMs) Manage third-party integrations (LMS, LXP, proctoring, credentialing, payments) Support platform analytics for learner engagement, outcomes, and performance insights
We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer who will be responsible for sales support & engineering activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offer preparation · Preparation and submission of technical offer. · Pricing/estimation preparation and submit commercial offers. · Special offers: Study the technical RFQ (Request for Quotation), and coordinate with the team to submit a techno-commercial offer. 2. Support for Sales & business development · Coordination with Kito plants for special requirements · Monthly tracking of inquiries and preparing the MIS report · Update and circulate reports on a daily basis. 3.
