Job Description
Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with educational and business objectives Lead development of learning platforms, content delivery systems, assessment engines, and analytics tools Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and data security, especially for institutional and enterprise clients Oversee architecture across web, mobile, cloud, and data platforms Implement best practices for privacy, compliance, and data protection (FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable) Partner with Product, Academic, Content, and Instructional Design teams Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and data teams Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI-driven learning, adaptive assessments, simulations, AR/VR, LLMs) Manage third-party integrations (LMS, LXP, proctoring, credentialing, payments) Support platform analytics for learner engagement, outcomes, and performance insightsSkills
