Job Description
An IT Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. They coordinate between teams, track project progress, manage documentation, schedule meetings, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning and executing IT projects Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays Ensure proper communication between departments Maintain project files, records, and technical documents Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities Follow project management standards and company procedures Required Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems and software projects Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving and coordination skills Team collaboration and leadership support
