Job Description
Job description: We are looking for a Support Engineer (Fresher) who will assist in installation, technical support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. The role involves supporting senior engineers during site visits, troubleshooting basic issues, and helping ensure smooth execution of projects. Responsibilities Assist in installing and configuring IT infrastructure at project sites. Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist senior engineers in system diagnostics and basic configurations. Help in maintaining desktops, laptops, and basic network infrastructure. Coordinate with internal teams for project-related activities. Maintain documentation of site visits, installations, and issue resolutions. Support system testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Provide basic IT support for office systems and users.
